RETURNS: We want
you to be happy with your order but we try to keep returns to
a minimum. They are very costly to us and we want to keep our prices as low
as possible. A low return rate = lower prices for you, the customer. PLEASE
call us if you have any questions about the products before you order.

If you receive your order and the product will not work for your
project, you can return it. You need to email or call our office to receive
authorization to return. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed and you
will have to pay for return shipping (insured). The above phone number is the
number to call. We will give you the return address on the phone. Note: If you
received free shipping you will also be billed for that when you return your
order.
EXCHANGES: We cannot
do exchanges- sorry! You will need to return the order and place a new order
for the product you need. Please follow the return instructions above.
MISTAKES: If we
have made a mistake in sending the wrong item, be sure to let us know right
away. We will be happy to issue a call tag for the incorrect item and send the
correct item out. There is no charge for this since it is our error. Please
send us an email so we can have your claim in writing. Quilling@pacific.net
DAMAGE: If an item
arrives damaged, be sure to let us know within 10 day. We will be happy to issue
a call tag for the damaged item and send a new one out. There is no charge for
this and it is covered by UPS insurance. Please send us an email describing the
