Quilling Paper 1" Shades of Blue

This package contains an assortment of 9 colors of quilling paper all in the same color family. The package does not come with instructions so if you have never tried quilling you may want to get a starter kit and tools. Each package contains 100 1" strips of thin quilling paper. The paper is precision cut to 22" in length. Acid Free
