Quilling Paper 1/16" Two Tone Asst

This package contains an assortment of 7 colors of quilling paper. The paper has a rich color on one side and a lighter color on the other. The package does not come with instructions so if you have never tried quilling you may want to get a starter kit and tools. Each package contains 100 1/16" strips of thin quilling paper.
