Quilling Paper 1/8" Two Tone Asst

This package contains an assortment of 7 colors of quilling paper. The paper has a rich color on one side and a lighter color on the other. The package does not come with instructions so if you have never tried quilling you may want to get a starter kit and tools. Each package contains 100 1/8" strips of thin quilling paper. The paper is precision cut to 12 1/2" in length. Acid Free
