Quilling Paper 3/8" Graduated Asst

This package contains an assortment of 11 colors of quilling paper. The papers start out light, then deepen in color and then end up light again. The package does not come with instructions so if you have never tried quilling you may want to get a starter kit and tools. Each package contains 100 3/8" strips of thin quilling paper.
