This package contains an assortment of 7 colors of quilling paper. The paper has a metallic finish (on both sides) that sparkles in the light. The package does not come with instructions so if you have never tried quilling you may want to get a starter kit and tools. Each package contains 100 1" strips of thin quilling paper.
